  3. Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the skillet, skin-side down. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
     
  4. Carefully flip the salmon fillets over using a spatula. Add the fresh spinach and cherry tomatoes to the skillet around the salmon.
     
  5. Drizzle the heavy cream over the spinach and tomatoes, then sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over everything in the skillet.
     
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
